A client just said something that I will add to my list of all-time favourite comments: I had a great time working with you.
I always try to make my sessions fun. It’s not always possible of course but you can often work hard, do some very effective coaching and therapy and produce powerful results and still manage to enjoy yourself.
Changing your thinking, attitude and beliefs doesn’t have to be hard work and doom and gloom!
