Do you have something you’re dreading? Maybe it’s an important exam, or you’re taking your driving test, or you’ve been asked to speak in front of a lot of people. Are your nerves causing you a problem, and making you feel that you won’t be able to do your best?
If the answer to any of those questions is yes, then my Nerve Zapper coaching programme will really help.
Over just 3 sessions, together we’ll understand why you’re so nervous, overcome the feelings and doubts that are causing you so much worry and come up with a sensible plan for helping you do your very best on the day.
If you want to stop the worry then please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 01235 861 311.
How often do we meet?
Many clients want rapid understanding and change so we meet weekly. However, if you prefer to meet fortnightly or monthly that is OK too.
Do we have to meet face to face?
If we’re both comfortable, we can use Skype, FaceTime or Zoom. Many clients prefer to come to my office at the Harwell Innovation Centre, OX11 0QG. I am also in central London once a week.
What will it cost?
The programme costs £350 including VAT and is payable in full before we start.
Will you hypnotise me?
No, I’m not a hypnotherapist. I use tried and tested coaching techniques I have developed throughout my training and 7 years as a coach specialising in helping clients with confidence and self-doubt. Where appropriate I may also use BWRT, an immensely powerful style of working that can dissolve problems almost instantaneously: https://www.bwrt.org/ The Warrior, Settler and Nomad methodology is also particularly good at helping clients cope with exam nerves, and other performance-related anxiety.
Is it frightening?
No, clients usually really enjoy exploring what’s causing their nerves and identifying solutions that work for them. As with all coaching, it can get a bit uncomfortable sometimes, but of course I help you through it.
Does it work?
Yes, provided that you are honest with me, and yourself about what’s worrying you and are willing to make the changes necessary for you to overcome your nerves. I don’t have a magic wand, you have to be ready to help yourself.
